We at Bei Capelli Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and and therefore we implement and enforce our cancelation policy. We request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. All appointments canceled OR rescheduled after/within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service fee. This also applies to “No-Show” appointments as well.
